Lesson 1
Becoming God’s prayer Warriors

DEFINITION OF PRAYER:
"Prayer is more then uttering Words; It is the person himself Coming before the Throne of God. Prayer Is more than saying words It Is our heart becoming one with The Heart of God Prayer is calling God into Action To exercise His Power and His Grace"

"The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails [accomplishes] much" (James 5:16 NKJV)

This definition of prayer elevates it from any kind of perfunctory practice or ritual end moves one’s soul to see, understand, and witness a "prayerful experience" in a total different perspective. Yes, one’s prayerful devotion must involve uttering or saying or vocalizing words, but prayer is much more that. When I understood the meaning of prayer as a (my) privilege to ascend spiritually to God’s holy Throne and enjoy a "Personal Experience" with God, then prayer becomes a living dynamo in my heart and soul.

"Prayer Is My privilege To Come Face To Face With God Himself And Enter Before His Divine Holy Throne!"

The Holy Spirit opened my spiritual eyes and made me aware that when I pray, I am When spending precious time with my Savior and Lord, the Lord Jesus Christ; that I am also conversing with my Holy Father, and am also in the company of the Holy Spirit Himself, and that I have approached Their majestic Throne, then prayer was no longer a concept to be understood through any intellectual procedure. Communion with the Trinity became a blessed, sacred, meaningful, and personal experience to me!

"Prayer Is a very personal experience. It allows a finite, limited, earthbound personality the privilege of communion and Fellowship with the infinite, ail wise God who is Omnipotent, Omniscient, and Omnipresent"!

WHAT A PRIVILEGE FOR THE CHILD OF GOD
Exodus 33: 11
portrays very vividly that prayer is to be a face-to-face experience between God and man, one who is a born again child of God: "So the Lord spoke to Moses face to face, as a man speaks to his friend."

When we, "Prayer Warriors," enter the Throne of God, we too are to witness the experience of being with God "face to face, as a man speaks to a friend.

"Prayer is a Very, Personal, Intimate Experience A Christian Experiences In God’s Holy Presence"!

"Prayer is entering the Throne Room of Heaven!"

The word throne symbolizes the power, royalty, and sovereignty of a king. Thus, prayer is our blessed privilege of entering and bowing before the Throne of ail royalty -THE ALMIGHTY GOD!

The Lord’s Throne is enduring and everlasting
(Psalm 9:7 NKJV)
"But the Lord shall endure forever. He has prepared His throne for judgment."

It is a heavenly Throne
(Psalm 11:4 NKJV)
"The Lord is in His holy temple, the Lord’s throne is In heaven."

God’s Throne rules over all
(Psalm 103: 19 NKJV)
"The Lord has established His throne in heaven, and His kingdom rules over all." Isaiah saw and entered the Throne-room of God (Isa. 8:1 NKJV) "in the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord sitting on His throne...."

Micah the prophet saw the Throne of God
(1 Kings 22: 19 NKJV) "Then Micah said, ‘Therefore hear the word of the Lord; I sew the lord sitting on His throne, and all the host of heaven standing by, on His right hand and on His left’"

Stephen, the deacon, saw the Throne of God
(Acts 7; 65, 66 NKJV)
"But he, being full of the Holy Spirit gazed into heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God"

These meaningful Scriptures declare just what is available to Christians if only we will catch the vision of Prayer! Prayer is our "quiet Time" which means entering the Throne Room of heaven and enjoying a personal, knowledgeable relationship with the Eternal God! The One who created the heavens and the earth. (Gen. 33: 8 NKJV) "For He spoke and It was done; He commanded and it stood fast" Psalm 146:5-6 (NIV) "Blessed is he whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope Is In the LORD his God the Maker of heaven and earth, the sea, and everything In them- the LORD, who remains faithful forever. "

Yes, one of the greatest privileges God had provided for us, his Children, being one of His Prayer Warriors, is that we too may experience the joy of having an audience with the Majesty of the Universe. We are able to have a one-on-one personal audience with God. Thus, "Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace in the of need" (Heb. 4: 16 NKJV) Amen!
