Over the last several years we've made a
conscious effort to lay aside all of the pretense and production that has become
the Christian Church in America. We completely understand that we're not the
only church in town and our way isn't the only way to be. We've just learned that there are a
lot of folks who are looking for a more basic brand of faith. We've tossed out a
lot of the tired traditions
that tend to confuse people and weren't part of the Bible
Please understand, everyone is welcome at Faith United Church, but Faith United
Church is not for everyone. We do not consider ourselves to be formal or
traditional, but we do hold very closely to the truth of the Bible as we
understand it. We're not into a lot of flashy production, but we do have a live
band and use whatever technology that's available so long as it doesn't get in
the way of simple

THINKING OF A VISIT? |
Faith United Church is a small,
but growing, group of
regular, hard-working folks just like you. We live mostly in southern Genesee
County throughout Flint, Grand Blanc, Swartz Creek, and Mundy Township. We are
united by our common desire to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ
authentically in all areas of our lives.
We don't claim to be perfect or superior. We're simply trying to live what we
believe by being good neighborrs, raising our children well, working hard,
managing our
finances,
and showing love and respect to everyone.

What we're left with is a simplified approach that allows people to Worship God,
seek answers to life's questions and connect with each other in a casual,
friendly environment.
Worship.
We're not a mega-church and probably never will be, but we will be whatever size
God chooses to make us and we'll continue to show His love to our friends,
relatives, neighbors, co-workers and classmates right here in the community He
has put us in.
