In the Old Testament book of Genesis we read the life story of a man named, Abraham. He seems to have been a pretty cool guy because the Bible says, "...he was called God's friend." (James 2:23)

    God's friend??? Is that really possible? Can WE be called God's friend, too? YES! Jesus said, "I no longer call you servants... Instead  I have called you friends." (John 15:15)

    We all have friends and we might even consider some of them to be good friends, but even your best friend has never Created a universe like God has. Even your most trusted friend will never be all-powerful like God is. God wants to be your friend. He wants to call you His friend.
